By using the YOUselect website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS). An order is confirmed once we confirm it to you and your payment is received. If we find a price or stock error, we will contact you and you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

You can pay by the methods shown at checkout, such as mobile money and bank transfer.

Pre-orders and requested items

Pre-order items and requested items are delivered within 21 days of your order being confirmed.

Returns and refunds

Product information

We try to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and handmade items can vary slightly from the photos because each piece is made individually.
