We deliver within Ghana.

In-stock items

Items marked In stock are sent out soon after we confirm your order and payment. We confirm the delivery time and cost for your location at checkout or on WhatsApp before you pay.

Pre-orders and requested items

Items marked as pre-order, and items you request through our Request a Product page, are delivered within 21 days of your order being confirmed.

Delivery costs

Delivery fees depend on your location. We show the fee before you complete your order, or confirm it with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Updates

We keep you updated by WhatsApp or phone. If your order is late, message us and we will tell you where it is.

When your order arrives

Please check your items on delivery. If anything is faulty or wrong, follow our Return and Refund Policy within 7 days.
